This program will provide the opportunity to interact and learn from colleagues around the globe; reflecting on leadership in order to operate in an international context.
Learning outcomes and objectives
Participants will have an understanding of the key components and considerations required to develop and deliver an institutional internationalization strategy:
- Participants will have considered issues and best practice in developing, funding and managing international collaborations;
- Participants will have reflected on their leadership styles, the needs of the teams they are leading and the collaborative leadership required to address global research challenges.
An 8 month program comprising: conference and study tours, workshops and webinars. The program will kick off at the 2017 SRA International Annual meeting in Vancouver, Canada October 14-18, finishing with 2018 INORMS hosted by ARMA UK in Edinburgh.
