Onsite Volunteer Opportunities

Don't miss your chance to increase your network and meet other research administrators by volunteering onsite!

Online sign up will be available in March!

Room Monitor - Sign up here!
If you are planning on attending a workshop or session, we could greatly use your help to assist the speakers and validate certificate tracking booklets upon completion of the workshops and sessions. To be a room monitor for a workshop (session), you need to be registered for the full meeting and for that particular workshop.

Ambassador - Sign up here!
The SRA International Ambassador Program was established to help first time attendees network with other members and get the most out of the meeting. Ambassadors wear red pins throughout the entire meeting so they can be easily identified. First time attendees are encouraged to ask Ambassadors for help at any time. If Ambassadors don't have the answer, they will get you in touch with the right person.

Registration - Sign up here!
SRA International Registration volunteers assist with the check in of pre-registered attendees. No experience is necessary! This is a great way to get involved and meet new SRA International members.

St. Louis Booth Volunteers - Sign up here!
Sign-up to help manage the St. Louis Booth at the 2017 SO/MW Section Meeting in Nashville! The purpose of the St. Louis Booth is to help promote the 2018 Midwest/Southern Section Meeting.
