Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before December 16, 2016. Cancellations submitted on or before December 16, 2016, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If membership dues were paid while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after December 16, 2016. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. After the registration deadline, January 6, 2017, you may register and pay onsite. Acceptable payments for onsite registrations are check or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted.
