The hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night's room and general excise tax charge. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
Offsite self-parking parking fee is $29 per day. Valet parking is also available onsite for $36 per day + tax.
Local Area & Transportation Options
Transportation from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) to the hotel is provided through Speedi-Shuttle, Taxi, or TheBus. Once you’re here, there is convenient local public transportation for Honolulu and Waikiki, including TheBus and the Waikiki Trolley.
